My 3 years of Public Speaking Club experience with Susan Maam as counselor was an incredible learning that helped take my communication and leadership skills to the next level. Her positive impact on the club was universally shared by new and experienced members alike -  she often personally guided us before or after meetings, and ensured new members were well-settled in the club. She played a special role in empowering us all to be more effective leaders and communicators. As the President of the club, I had the pleasure of working closely with her, and her regular pointed feedback helped to not only elevate the quality of our club meetings, but also focus on my personal growth and self-confidence. Few are born with the skills of a charismatic orator.  Most of us have to put effort into gaining our proficiency. I was fortunate enough to have been guided by Susan Maam who fine-tuned me into  a competent communicator and  an effective leader. As a selfless mentor she gave me ideas, thoughts and insights that inspired me to challenge myself  and  hone my soft skills . I highly recommend her programs to anyone who wants to achieve laurels in life.

I attended ‘Charisma’ classes as an indifferent 9 year old, with no prior experience of public speaking and no interest in getting into it either. But my elder sister, who also happened to be a timid girl like me had undergone remarkable development after being coached by Susan ma’am. So, setting my apprehensiveness aside, I joined Charisma classes. Within only 10 sessions, I discovered my love for public speaking and later went on to win many public speaking and debate contests in school and outside. Needless to say, Charisma has helped me to not only become a good speaker, but also a diligent writer, a confident orator and a social butterfly. It was my first real exposure to public speaking and I learnt from a well experienced mentor surrounded by students of different ages having different personalities in a fun, interesting yet educative manner. I am glad that I chose Charisma!

“Real heroes don’t wear capes. They teach.” And Susan ma’am is a real-life Superhero for me. She picked me up and molded my Personality and Soft Skills with the perfection of a Master Potter.

I was this really shy, introvert who felt that public speaking was beyond her scope. But Susan ma’am saw potential in me and nurtured my talents through her CHARISMA programs. She made me realize that I am a Leader in my own way. We discovered the art of Teamwork, Fair play, Healthy competitiveness through seemingly ordinary but fun activities.  With her support and guidance, I went on to become a Champion Speaker in many public speaking contests.

I have come a long way since that timid child, who was afraid of taking that first step, to the confident girl who can’t wait to start her next adventure in Public Speaking. And all of this was because Susan ma’am never ceased to believe in me.

I was in 5th grade when i first joined Charisma and that was a turning point in my life. Till then, I was a shy child and I still remember sweating and  shivering when I delivered my first speech. But today, thanks to Charisma, I have gained confidence to even talk in front of huge audiences and I often represent my school in various platforms.  For me Charisma has always been fun learning. Susan Maam helped me to make a better version of myself and even today, she is always there to guide and help me. I feel I am blessed to have a mentor like Susan Ma'am.

Susan Ma'am's class was not only an educational experience but also lots of fun. Through her Charisma classes,  we made many friends and also gained confidence on stage. The class is filled with fun games, educational speeches and presentations. We're constantly given feedback which makes us better speakers and the best part is that we all easily connected to each other. I remember once it was my sister Leah's birthday and we all sang happy birthday to her. Another memory that I will never forget is that years after our Charisma classes, when one of our friends was leaving the country, he mentioned that he would always cherish his fond ‘Charisma’ memories with us. Overall, Charisma classes are a great experience and so much more than "just speaking".

Earlier this year (2020), my daughter Celine Sebastian was chosen to represent her college in Christchurch, New Zealand for Bishop Lyons Shield, an annual, prestigious, oratorical rendezvous between the Canterbury Catholic Colleges. As a child, Celine's oratorical and leadership skills were fully built up through the Charisma classes conducted by Mrs. Susan Mathews. As a parent, I highly recommend Charisma classes as they transform children to reach great heights.

In the start of the Charisma classes, we were nervous kids but Charisma classes helped us gain confidence. Susan Ma'am presented the lessons in an interesting and entertaining manner and was always  patient and positive with us. We also enjoyed the treats she often gave to encourage us. Since then, we have performed in many different stages in school and social and cultural gatherings and we are happy to say that we got the strength to be good performers through the charisma classes. Thank you Ma’am from the bottom of our heart for bringing out our hidden talents and for supporting, guiding, blessing us.

My daughter Ananya Srinivasan had attended the Charisma Course conducted by Ms. Susan. The course was very well structured and conducted professionally. It helped in the development of communication and presentation skills along with   personality  development.  We found it invaluable as we were able to see the positive change in our daughter. This is the perfect platform to launch the child for furthering communication and personality skills.

The most significant benefit we gained while attending Charisma classes is that it helped us to overcome  stage fear and enhance our speaking abilities. We believe we gained knowledge and confidence to excel in life.

The tips and techniques we learnt in Charisma also greatly improved our interpersonal skills. Thank you Susan ma'am for being such an amazing mentor.

I attended Charisma program along with my brother Aadarsh. The program helped us not only to become  better speakers and communicators, but also better individuals. 
Susan ma’am was amazing and made the program very interactive and fun. It really helped me to come out of my shell and reduce the on stage communication apprehension I had before. It also helped me in my academic performance. I would recommend the program  to all who desires to have a clear and confident speaking voice. I will definitely go back to her for more lessons.
